The body is only the beginning.

Yoga philosophy reminds us that we are more than a physical body. The Vedantic tradition describes our experience as layered and luminous — from the tangible body to the subtle fields of energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss. These layers are known as the panchamaya koshas: five sheaths that offer a map for inner exploration, inviting us to move towards the essence of who we truly are.

Over five weeks, we’ll journey through each kosha with practices that cultivate presence, self-enquiry, and embodied awareness. Each class weaves meditation, mantra, prāṇāyāma, somatic movement, and restorative shapes, allowing these ancient teachings to be experienced not only as philosophy, but as a living practice.

Whether you’re new to the koshas or spiralling back to these teachings with fresh eyes, this series offers a space for devoted self-enquiry, curiosity and remembrance.
